From there, your colour palette is all I need to begin crafting a personalised proposal, complete with design ideas and transparent pricing options.

Any
Questions?
You’ve probably never needed to work with a florist on this sort of scale before, and I totally understand that things can feel overwhelming.
How much should we budget for our wedding florals?
This is a great question, and will depend on your overall vision and budget. I do have a minimum spend of £600, and to give you a rough idea this will get you;
1 x Luxe Hand tied Bridal Bouquet with a seasonal mix of flowers and foliages
2 x Bridal Bouquets using the same mix of flowers as in the Bridal Bouquet, but slightly smaller
5 x Buttonholes – usually a rose, with a small sprig of foliage, these will come with pearl headed pins.
1 x Ceremony/Top Table Arrangement using the same mix of flowers as in the Bridal Bouquet to create a soft focal point for your ceremony space, this can then be moved to your Top Table, so will be on display all day!
Costs are included for set up and delivery to local venues.
It’s about more than just price, it’s about making your wedding flowers easy to choose, transparent to book, and chosen by you, rather than a brochure with set packages
How far in advance should I book you?
Your wedding flowers are likely to form a key part of your décor, so I tend to recommend getting in touch as soon as you’ve booked your venue and set your date.
I get booked up 12-18 months in advance, so it’s good to start chatting ideas sooner rather than later. However, anything after this time period, I would suggest to hold on, as your ideas are often evolving at this point.
What will our Quote look like?
I will provide you with ideas in your colour palette, taking into consideration your floral vision and the inspo photos you have sent me. You’ll get a clear breakdown of bouquets, bridesmaids, buttonholes, venue arrangements, cake flowers etc so you can see how much each item costs.
I will also provide photos from real life weddings in the same colours as your wedding, to give you a good idea of how your florals will look on the day. Planning your wedding flowers should feel exciting, not overwhelming.
I am here to help you through the decision making and process.
We are planning from outside of the UK. Can I book with you without meeting in person?
Yes of course, absolutely! I have dealt with lots of long distance clients who are based abroad and booked with us, most of our discussions can be made via email, and we can even schedule a zoom call if you wish.
When am I expected to pay for flowers?
When a wedding date is booked we charge a £100 booking fee to secure your date. This booking fee is non-refundable as it is likely that we have had to turn away other wedding projects once we have booked yours, as I only do one wedding per day, and tend to cap it at 2-3 weddings per week.
The outstanding balance is required 3 weeks prior to the wedding, but you will get an up-to-date summary of your order approx 6 weeks before, so all tweaks/small changes should be made before then, as long as the remaining value meets the minimum order value
When do you deliver and install my wedding flowers?
We normally deliver and install the flowers on the morning of the wedding. For a mid day and afternoon wedding, we usually deliver and set up your flowers between 9:00am and 11:00am.
What happens to the flowers after the wedding?
The flowers are yours to keep of course and to give away to friends and family, plus any containers/vases you purchased from us, but the hired items like pedestal stands, bud vases will be collected by us the following day from the venue where the flowers were installed.
